About Lucy
Lucy qualified as an Iyengar teacher in 1997 and has been teaching ever since. She feels that she has "the best job in the world" .
As an Iyengar teacher she has learnt asana as an art and shares this knowledge with her students.

Lucy is a qualified junior intermediate Iyengar teacher and is one of the youngest in the U.K.
Lucy teaches courses and classes in the U.K. and abroad. Her workshops are designed towards the understanding of asana and developing the confidence to maintain an evolving self practice.
"Many people have said that they would like to practice at home but they do not know what to do. My workshops will help them learn."
